Last night saw the last of the hard bike sessions! Aim was to add middle resistance to the rollers and spin as hard as possible for 50mins!
A very hot and leaky mess later, 33.4km covered.
Off the bike straight into lunges, press-up and pull-ups set.
Today was treat day at work, with a big carb loaded lunch. Not being used to that these days resulted in a 40 minute desk snooze at 16:30.
