Bike Fit Part 1

Today we met Richard from Freespeed. A very knowledgable guy and very keen to work on setting up TT bikes.

Richard uses the Ketul measurement system, coupled with video footage.

You can really tell Richard cares about his clients and is prepared to take the time needed to make major and fine adjustments.

After rotating body position forwards, changing saddle angle and dropping front end height. Bike feels more open and faster. Looking forwards to getting out on Sunday and really testing the new position.
