Friday Mid-day Round Up

Friday Mid-day Round Up

With 2 weeks hard training left before we hit tapper for Ironman 70.3 Weymouth setting some hard goals for each session now.

Here’s a quick round up of what’s happened over the last 2 days.

Wednesday evenings spin and run madness went well. River Bourne Club’s spin instructor Nathan has so much energy you can’t help but push yourself to the limit and turn in the a leaky puddle. Followed this straight away with a treadmill run in the heat of the gym. Very happy with 50mins at 4:36/km with 1% incline.

Thursday, was a very exciting day. MAMultisport kit arrived so it had to be out on display during the ride to and from the office. This was followed by a great swim with Jo. Very proud of her with the effort she is putting in to improve her freestyle, while I did long sets either side of multiple 50’s and 75’s.
