29 Jul Friday Night Intervals Madness
In a switch up from normal Friday rest day today was interval madness day.
Warm up was 20 minutes on the gym bike at 200 watts.
Then 9 times 5 minute intervals at 4:17 pace with 1 minute active rest on the treadmill at 3% gradient.
Finished off with 40 minutes in the pool including 10 times 100m off 2 minutes.
All washed down with a mega 6 egg omelette. Bring on tomorrow’s lay in!
