Mallorca – Lets try Thursday again

Mallorca – Lets try Thursday again

So with 330km already banked and 7km of elevation gained in 3 days, we decide to challenge ourselves to ride days ones ride faster than on day one!

Al was going well until 50km in when the wheels feel off my legs. Fatigue bit me and despite the volumes of food and water there was nothing to but wait it out!

Another 10km past and still getting slower up the hills! The granny wheels came into play. At 65km the rest of having done some descending had given some light relief. But then back up the hills, 70km, then 75km, then on the run into home, like a scene from a science fiction movie, where an ancient alien technology fires up, the legs came back. Could spin the pedals but then:

A very very welcome sight like this.

4days, 410km (not inc swims and runs) and 9km of elevation gained!! Great trip with @nomeanfeatuk

For those asking did we beat our fresh legged time from Thursday? We missed it by 2 minutes over 3hrs40 of cycling!
