Mallorca – Triathlon Training day

Mallorca – Triathlon Training day

Day started with a pre-breakfast swim. Maybe it was the glorious start to the day or maybe just not having swam for a couple of days but sea and wetsuit was flying through the water.

Few hours chilling after a large breakfast and then out on the bikes for day three 😀

Ride started with a far more scenic route past Palma then off to Col de Soller. Although straight and never more the 2% the approach was hard going in the wind but the final club was actually fun despite the 5km slog!

The return journey saw us repeat our steps from yesterday in the rain! With the sun on our backs it was a far different feel to the ride. Any over 1.2km of climbing completed!

Post ride time for a bit of a run off the bike. Very useful 30min learning session!

While had been taking enough energy on board dehydration proved to be the enemy.

Feeling better informed for Austria!!!
