Last Sunday I started a three week tamper to arrive fresh and raring to go in Austria navigate to this web-site.
Now 4 days in it has been hard to adjust to the new very light training load. I am not sure I have managed to go as low as 30% of the normal load yet this week as is recommended at this point, however, the benefits are starting to show. Next week can increase back to 50% and then back down to virtually nothing in the final 5/6 days.
Flexibility has dramatically increased, swim speed has jumped up and the energy levels are starting to climb again.
Tonight is a short blast on the bike max 1 hour followed by a 3mile run.
