30 Apr Not as Warm as the Med
Ahead of Cambridgeshire Olympic Tri it was time to man up and go Man vs Bray lake. With the recent rains a great 10c was in store. Needless to say it became more about manning it out rather than speed and distance. Finally a great relief to be out the water.

One pair of very numb feet!
After a spot of breakfast and a great cup of tea in Bray Lake Clubhouse it was time for a mid distance run.
Plan here was an even pace run. 19km cross country was very enjoyable as the sun came out.
